Отличная Омега , в двух капсулах содержится epa + gha 1750 , так как в сутки мне надо 2000 , меня это устраивает полностью, всего 2 капсула и почти суточная норма. А не по 6-7 капсул пить как у нас во многих препоратах. Чистый состав, всем рекомендую!
