SpectraFiber™ combines purified and whole food plant concentrates containing a broad-spectrum of natural soluble fiber components with wide-ranging actions. SpectraFiber™ can be used help boost soluble fiber intake in a concentrated, easy-to-take capsule form. Unlike many common bulk fiber supplements, SpectraFiber™ contains no bran, cereal grains, or psyllium seed that some patients find irritating to the GI tissues or may need to avoid due to allergic reactions.

Suggested Adult Use: 1 to 6 capsules daily with meals.
Other Ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), L-leucine, and silicon dioxide.
Free of: Klaire Labs® brands of products are free of artificial flavors, preservatives, and colorings. Naturally-derived, inert excipient materials, including cellulose-based excipients, vegetable-derived magnesium stearate, L-leucine, and silicon dioxide are used in very small amounts as tableting and encapsulation aids. Tableted products are protected with an inert, water-soluble cellulose coating that dissolves readily upon ingestion, thus facilitating tablet disintegration time. Vegetarian capsules made of plant cellulose are used exclusively for two-piece encapsulated products. Common allergens such as wheat, corn, soy, yeast, and dairy are avoided unless otherwise specified on the label.
