Betulinic acid is part of the group of compounds triterpenoids, naturally occurring in birch trees, but present in many other botanical sources. It is the same compound found in Chaga mushroom, considered one of those compounds responsible for Chaga’s outstanding health support.
However, Chaga contains only very small amounts of Betulinic Acid, in the range of 2-3% . Furthermore, only Chaga mushroom grown on Birch tree, contains Betulinic Acid.
