Yellow dock (Rumex crispus) is a perennial flowering plant in the family Polygonaceae, native to Europe and Western Asia. The name "dock" refers to a genus of broad-leaved wayside weeds related to rhubarb. Yellow dock has long curly leaves and is known for its domestic herbal use.

Suggested Adult Use: Shake well before use. 20-30 drops, three times a day or as directed by your practitioner. The best way to use liquid herbal tinctures/glycerites is to put the suggested amount in a glass of water, tea, or juice and drink the entire contents.
