Использую мультивитамины по рекомендации док. Ланы уже несколько лет. Стараюсь их менять время от времени, но эти мои самые любимые, т к организм на них быстро откликается. 3 капсулы в день. Упаковки хватает на 2 месяца. Экономичные! Брала их маме и тетям в подарок.
