Понравилось, что содержат DPP-IV, широкий список ферментов, и не раздражают чувствительный ЖКТ. Самочувствие во время их приема было однозначно куда лучше, чем без них, и витамины, другие добавки усваивались лучше, волосы и ногти улучшились. Но по 2-3 капсулы на прием не избавляли от тяжести в желудке после еды и не влияли на скорость пищеварения. Вероятно, для такого случая лучше подойдет состав, где будет больше содержание единиц ферментов
