International Shipping & Customs
International shipping is available. However, it is the customer's responsibility to verify any restrictions on the products they order, as some items cannot be shipped to certain international destinations. MorNatural is not responsible for customs regulations or import restrictions in the recipient's country.

If an order is rejected by customs and returned, a refund minus shipping costs will be issued once the item is received in its original condition.

Lost or Undelivered Packages
If a package is marked as "delivered" but not received, customers should contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Address Accuracy
Customers must provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. MorNatural is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photos of the damaged item and packaging for resolution.
A refund or reshipment will be provided.

Returns for Other Reasons
If you wish to return an item for any other reason, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

The item is unopened and in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for shipping the package back to us.

Processing & Refund Timeline
Returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the package.
Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process.
