Magnesium ascorbate is a buffered form of vitamin C, a key antioxidant, which synergistically supports the quercetin activity. Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme purified from pineapple.

Suggested Adult Use: As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 to 3 tablets daily between meals or as directed by physician.
Other Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid, vegetable stearate, silica and ethylcellulose.
