O.N.E™ Multivitamin provides vitamins, minerals and other essential nutrients to provide a comprehensive once-daily multivitamin for both men and women. O.N.E multivitamin specifically provides antioxidant support as well as promotes cellular and optical health.

Provides vitamins A, B, C, D and E in highly bioavailable forms; and Metafolin® L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF). Antioxidant complex includes alpha lipoic acid and a blend of CoQ10 and sustained-release water-soluble MicroActive® Q10. Choline and inositol for healthy cognitive function. Lycopene and Vitamin D for cellular health. Lutein and Zeaxanthin for macular and retinal health.

Suggested Adult Use: 1 capsule daily, with a meal.

Хорошие экономные мультивитамины от лучшей фирмы! Здесь очень высокие дозировки витаминов гр.B на 1 прием, не всем такие дозы требуются, поэтому делю капсулу на несколько частей, но так выходит даже выгоднее. Единственный минус - визуально вид содержимого капсул через полгода испортился, про подобную проблему пишут на амазон, но на самочувствие это никак не повлияло, буду брать еще

Обожаю когда всё в одной капсуле, отличный состав в активных формах, на российском рынке подобные найти невозможно, альтернативы нет за такие цены
