Suggested Adult Use: Apply in the early evening, 1-2 hours before bedtime or as directed by your health care professional. Some individuals become drowsy immediately making this product a safe sleep aid. If you do become immediately drowsy you should adjust when you take the product accordingly.
Serving Size: 3 pumps (1/4 tsp.) twice a day, or 6 pumps (1/2 tsp.) once a day
Ingredients: Each dose of Melatonin cream contains the following ingredients: Melatonin 25mgs, vitamin D3 2000 ius, vitamin A 1500 ius, vitamin C, alpha lipoic acid, methylcobalamin (B12), DMAE, a proprietary blend of niacinamide, creatine, arginine, manganese aspartate, pantothenic acid and folinic acid, distilled water, sunflower oil, wheat germ oil, medium chain triglyceride oil, shea butter, rosemary oil extract, grapefruit oil, orange oil, and potassium sorbate.
Warning: This product may produce vivid dreams or induce drowsiness. Do not drive or operate heavy equipment if you experience drowsiness. Do not take with alcohol. For topical use only.
