Suggested Adult Use: 
As a supplement three 500 mg capsules per day for a total dose of 1500 mg. This dosage provides 120 mg of elemental magnesium, or roughly 29% of one’s daily magnesium requirement. Higher doses can be taken if you’re looking to correct a more serious magnesium deficiency, but it is not recommended exceeding 8 capsules (4000 mg) per day.
