One of the nine indispensable amino acids that must be obtained from food, lysine is a key player in enzyme production, collagen formation, and tissue repair. Lysine intake may be inadequate in low protein diets. L-lysine in its stable hydrochloride form is provided in vegetarian capsules.

Suggested Adult Use: 1 to 6 capsules daily.
Other Ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), L-leucine, silicon dioxide, and cellulose.
