Этот препарат, моя палочка выручалочка. Если меня закрепит мне хватает одного, редко 2 приёмов его и всё приходит в норму. Пью его не часто, только когда проблемма. Действует он не как слабительное, а как бы естественно, никакого криминала от него нет. Я не знаю сработает ли этот препарат на тех кто сидит на слабительных, но тот кто слабительное не принимает, на того точно подействует. Мне очень препарат нравится.
