Suggested Adult Use: Take two capsules two times daily with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional. Daily intake may be increased or decreased; should gastric discomfort or diarrhea occur, reduce dosage.
Other Ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), ascorbyl palmitate, and microcrystalline cellulose.

My doctor recommended Magnesium Succinate for nerve support. This was the only brand I found that actually contains a meaningful amount of it. I've just started taking it, so I'll see how it goes, but so far I'm hopeful.

Great for Cramps
