Heart Electrolytes is a complete and balanced electrolyte formula to help promote optimal hydration, especially after excessive sweating.
It contains potassium, sodium, chloride and magnesium, the main electrolytes found in the body. D-ribose is included because of its importance in healthy cardiac function, exercise recovery and energy production, while taurine helps to regulate cellular electrolyte flow. Heart Electrolytes also contains vitamin C, along with the synergistic compounds quercetin and citrus bioflavonoids. Vitamin C supports the cardiovascular system by helping to build healthy collagen, which is one of the main structural components of blood vessels.
Mix Heart Electrolytes into any beverage, sports bottle, or mix with water and place in an ice rack to make into popsicles. This product has a delicious natural lemon-orange flavor and gets its sweetness from a small amount of the natural herb stevia.

Great Product
Great electrolyte product! I noticed a difference pretty quickly, and the taste was actually pleasant. I also liked that it didn't have that overly salty flavor like many other hydration drinks. This has become my go-to for an afternoon boost. It was recommended by my naturopathic doctor.

Morning Boost
I usually drink this in the morning. If I haven't been drinking enough water, it really helps with hydration. I've also taken it late at night after having a bit too much to drink, and it helps me feel much better the next day. If it tastes salty, it's usually a sign you're dehydrated.

No Calcium
