The healthiest form of molasses, Blackstrap has the most benefits yet it’s the least sweet. With its high amount of calcium and magnesium, it can be used to protect against osteoporosis. Suggested Adult Use: as a health tonic, mix one to two tablespoons into a mug of warm water. For hair, blend equal parts molasses and water and leave on for 20 minutes.
