1 scoop of powder is equivalent to 1 lemon wedge. Each tub contains the powder of 80 organic lemon wedges. Organically grown and dried through a small-batch freeze-drying process. Freeze-dried to retain the cellular structure and maximum amount of nutrition in each lemon. The entire lemon (including the peel) are ground into a fine powder.
Using whole lemons (peel, juice, seeds, pulp... everything) provides a sour, somewhat bitter taste. Enjoy how 'real' it tastes.
